Usually How I Login is Through Email on Chrome. It Seems to Work Fine Here and I Also Have My Steam Profile Linked. So Login With Your Email and Password and You Can Check to See if Your Account is Linked With Steam AND Twitter Here: https://www.hrkgame.com/account/settings/?show=steam

First Make Sure You Register an Account With HRK. I Believe You Have to Link it With Your Steam Profile as Well. Make Sure Your Steam Profile is Set to Public. And Then You Should Be Able to Participate in the Giveaway. 🙂
